I designed the 2025 Customer Experience (CX) Strategic Workplan for Metro Atlanta’s Regional Transit Authority, transforming a dense policy framework into a polished public-facing document. My role was to translate complex strategic goals into a clear, visually engaging format that could effectively communicate the agency’s customer-focused initiatives for the coming decade. Through careful layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, I ensured the workplan was both accessible and compelling—balancing professionalism for government stakeholders with readability for the public.
